Want the Truth?

How do we even know what is true?

Confused about health facts? Of course you are!

What if finding truth, real objective truth, reveals a shocking new paradigm?

What if finding real, authentic, objective truth means setting aside almost everything that you think you already know?

The more we look at the puzzle, the more we think we know and the more we discover that we actually don’t know if what we are seeing is the truth.

We can get all excited to discover juicing or an all raw vegetarian diet, when other physicians swear by the Paleo diet with lots of really good fats and more protein. One doctor will tell you that cholesterol causes heart disease. Another will insist that you should eat a Caveman diet with lots of good cholesterol.

How do we know what’s really true?

There is a LOT of pseudo-science being promoted by various groups and organizations with their marketing agenda. Remember the very old lies — “Wonder Bread helps build strong bodies 12 ways,” and “Milk builds strong bones?” We all know it’s a wonder that the soft white poison called Wonder Bread didn’t kill us all off! And what about that milk from cows that are full of antibiotics and growth hormone? No, thank you.

There’s more, of course. There is the ‘Calcium Lie,’ the Vitamin D3 Lie, and the Vitamin Lie, and various other nutritional lies, all held with an almost religious zeal. The calcium lie is what your doctor still doesn’t know about the complexities of minerals in the body and how to balance them.

The
Vitamin D Lie, just to begin with, is the lie that Vitamin D is even a vitamin. It is not! Vitamin D is a hormone that acts in symphony with many other factors in the body. Just giving Vitamin D can create a cascade of detrimental changes in the body, like lowering magnesium and potassium, and raising calcium to an unhealthy level in the soft tissues of the body.

These are just some of the basic nutritional lies that are promoted in books, on the internet, and in the media. You can add to the list the lie about cutting back on salt, the lie about sugar-free sweeteners and the ‘safety’ of aspartame, GMOs, prescription drugs and pain killers.

Where do you draw the line? How do you know, really know, what’s true and what is safe to consume? How does one know what deficiencies you have and how to fix them for the best health possible?

We live in a very different world than previous generations. We are routinely faced with every toxin under the sun that compromises our intake and balance of crucial minerals. Magnesium and potassium, the intra cellular minerals important for health, are just two of those minerals that seldom receive enough attention.

I strongly believe that we are overlooking the necessity of using mineral analysis to determine the levels of both intra cellular minerals, like magnesium and potassium, and extra cellular minerals like sodium and calcium. Without the mineral balance we are bound to run into problems with thyroid health, adrenal fatigue, stamina, and with moving toxins out of the body.

It’s all about that base! What is compromising your mineral base? Do you know what chemicals and pesticides do to one’s mineral balance? Roundup and other herbicides prevent critical minerals from being absorbed from the soil and as a result of phosphates, the life force of minerals are prevented from being absorbed and used by our metabolism.

What can we do? How do we build and promote health?

Stop using any non-organic food, for one thing, and focus on mineral balance.

Doctors and scientists don’t really mean to lie. They just can’t see the forest for the trees that they themselves are tangled up in.

Right now, for me at least, the wisdom of Hippocrates seems to be ringing the loudest bell!

Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
Make a habit of two things: To help, or at least to do no harm.

One of the wisest teachers that I know of is Rebbe Nachman. Once when Rebbe Nachman was in Lemberg, where many outstanding physicians were gathered, one leading doctor warned that it is best to keep as far away as possible from medicines and doctors.
He said that there has already been so much research into medicine that the experts now know absolutely nothing, because after so much research they see that it is impossible to establish the truth.

Rebbe Nachman continued on to say, “Thus we see that it is impossible to depend on doctors since
they themselves are extremely confused and they are unable to ascertain the truth. And, One must do something to try to cure the patient by natural means!

As an empowerment coach, energy healer and spiritual teacher, assisting others on their own personal and unique healing journeys is my special purpose, my life’s work. My principles of true health and well-being are:

Know your mineral balance. This is the only true and objective way to support your personal best health.

Know how stress affects your mineral balance. Use healing energy techniques and meditation to alleviate stress and stressful conditions in your life. Slow down. Enjoy the journey!

Learn how to support your body’s detox pathways by cleansing the colon, liver, and kidneys twice a year.

Eat clean, organic, grass fed, and local, whenever possible. Take only those supplements that are specifically recommended by your mineral report.

Add more laughter and play to your life. Stop being so serious all of the time.

Rest more often, enjoy more sleep, create joyful relationships. It’s your life and you write the script!

Question, research, and keep an open mind. A closed mind makes no positive changes.

You don’t have to do this alone. Put your personal mineral analysis into motion by
